The farm produces all the doc and docg wines of the wine-producing zone:
Rosato (also known as Vin Ruspo), Barco Reale, Carmignano DOCG, Carmignano Riserva "Villa medicea", Carmignano riserva "Vigna Grumarello" farm's Cru, Vin santo Classico, Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice, in addition to various Igt, including Artumes Bianco and Iris, the most international of the wines produced.The vine varieties are typical of the wine-producing area of Carmignano.
The vine varieties are typical of the wine-producing area of Carmignano, i.e. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon imported by Caterina de' Medici in 1533, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Canaiolo, Gamay for red wines, while the white grape varieties include Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Rhine Riesling, Souvignon Blanc, Malvasia Bianca, and San Colombano.
